Participant Requirements
 
 
As a participating business you are expected to do the following:
 
Each participants is required to do the following basics:
 
  • Inform your employees about the program - you can just have them read this website
  • Make a list of participants available either by a printed list, or online access. The list online is the most up to date, and should supersede any old printed lists.
 
 Failure to follow the above is grounds for removing a participant from the program. 
 
Participants are encouraged to do the following:
 
  • Put out flyers about the program
  • Change your register receipts to say something about the program
  • Put a logo in your window
  • Tell your customers about the program
  • Offer the discount to customers who may not have the receipt, but have obviously been at another participant (i.e. holding an ice cream cone from the store next door).
The more each participant does the above, the more customers know about about program, the more people will use it.
